David,
I want to apologize for not including you in my recap of the 1968 football season. When you moved away, many of us were not told any information. You just disappeared. My post was born of memories and newspaper research. Your name did not appear to jog my memory. I definitely remember your fierce level of play and getting tackled by you in drills…and you always offered a hand to help me up. I also remember you carrying a small copy of the New Testament to and from practice as a statement of your beliefs. My post was born of memories and newspaper research. Your name did not appear to jog my memory. Again, I am sorry for the omission. I would have enjoyed seeing you at the 50th reunion, which would have brought back those recollections. I also did not include any of the underclassmen who contributed to the success that season. I was focused on those who attended the reunion. Sounds like you have had success in life and I wish you more as we meander through our 70s.

Hello David,
Regrets on not responding sooner. Life and circumstances have kept me away from the blog for quite some time. Hope you are doing well. Thank you for taking the time to submit your comments.
