Moving on...

How are you spending your 'in-the-moment days'? One of the most enjoyable things I have done is volunteer for SouthEast Beagle Rescue. I was blessed with the adoption of three beautiful beagles from SEBR. They saw me through some pretty tough times over the years. I'm giving back now by fostering and writing for the rescue. Experts say that seniors who volunteer enjoy better physical and mental health, as well as significant stress relief. I'm all for that. How about you?
